Dr. Allen Guehl is a Dayton area native and attended UC studying engineering. He received his DPM degree through Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago and did his residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in podiatric surgery. He achieved his podiatric surgical board certification and wound care board certification in 2005 and is on staff at all Dayton and Springfield area hospitals. Dr. Guehl completed his doctorate through the International University of Health Sciences and completed his internship in general surgery at Miami Valley Hospital. He went on to complete his residency in Aerospace Medicine at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine along with completion of a Master’s degree in Aerospace Medicine at Wright State University. He is a certified pilot and Aeromedical Examiner for the FAA.
In 2019, Dr. Guehl completed his second Master’s degree in Integrative Medicine at The George Washington University in Washington D.C. Dr. Guehl enjoys flying his Grumman Cheetah but most of all likes spending time with his grandson, two daughters and his wife, Maria.
Dr. Ashhar Iftikhar is an Internal Medicine physician at The Christ Hospital. He is a California native who moved to Cincinnati to complete his training at The Christ Hospital where he fell in love with evidence based critical care medicine and plans to subspecialize in the future. He currently works as a nocturnist physician at his home institution and also enjoys conducting medical marijuana evaluations. On his off days, he likes to work on his project car which he has affectionately named "Jalapo".
Dr. Kendra Hill was born and raised in the Cleveland area. She attended The University of Akron for her undergrad and graduate degree in Biology. She continued her education at Case Western Reserve University Medical School where she earned her M.D. After a year in Michigan, she returned to Ohio to complete her Residency at The Ohio State University. She served as Clinical Chief Resident and had an interest in the medicinal use of Cannabis throughout residency. She currently practices Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services in skilled nursing facilities and is also happy conducting medical marijuana evaluations as well. When not working she enjoys traveling and making memories with her family. Work and her family allow her to live a full life that she is grateful to experience.
Dr. Joshua Klepinger is board certified in emergency medicine. He completed his training at Wright State University and currently works in several ERs in the greater Dayton region. After caring for so many patients during ER visits that are suffering from opiate addiction or otherwise not finding relief with traditional medicine, he became interested in the benefits of medical marijuana. He has found it very rewarding to supplement his full-time ER work with medical marijuana evaluations. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children, growing their own food and caring for their mini-farm.
Dr. Sampath Medepalli is board certified in family medicine. He has been working full time in the ER in the greater Dayton area but also works in several areas of medicine including musculoskeletal pain relief, urgent care and traditional outpatient family medicine. He has a special interest in alternatives to traditional allopathic pain relief which is why he got involved in medical marijuana evaluations for many chronic conditions to complement his work in acute care in the ER. He is married, has 2 sons and lives in the Dayton area. He loves music and loves to travel in his free time.
