OHIO DISPENSARIES ARE NOW OPEN!

You must have an in-person visit with an Ohio state-certified doctor to go to the Ohio dispensaries.  Schedule an appointment  with Ohio Cannabis Connection for your evaluation with one of our certified doctors.  Bring your Ohio driver's license or State ID and medical records, if available to you, to your appointment showing your qualifying condition or have them faxed to our office before your appointment.  Once the doctor verifies your qualifying condition and does your evaluation, he will register you that same day to receive your Ohio Marijuana Card from the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy. 

We will begin the registration process for you on the day of your visit. The State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy will then contact you to complete the registration process. You will be required to pay the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy a fee of $50 ($25 for veterans, SSI, SSDI). Once you have completed the registration process, you can download and print your Patient Registry Identification Card issued by the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy.

With your dispensary card, you can purchase Medical Marijuana at any Dispensary located in Ohio.  Your card will expire in one year from the date issued. Ohio Cannabis Connection will renew your card 30 days prior to your expiration date. 

Ohio Cannabis Connection has certified doctors located in the Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus areas.
